Prices net, plus statutory VAT. On monthly billing, Basic and Professional can be cancelled at any time, effective end of month; on annual billing, the contract runs for the full term. Enterprise by individual offer.
*Registration is per company: Gerlach customers can register directly, all other companies are activated after a short manual review. Corporate groups with multiple sites receive an individual Enterprise offer with site-based user management.
**Included tokens expire at the end of each month, before the new billing period begins; purchased tokens do not expire and can be topped up at any time on Basic and Professional. Token consumption per simulation depends on product size and line complexity, so the simulation figures shown are approximate.

Frequently asked questions
What happens once the 2,500 tokens on Basic run out?
You can top up more tokens at any time – purchased tokens do not expire – or switch to Professional to get more simulations and the more precise 2D simulation engine. Your data stays intact.
Is the plan tied to a user or to the company?
To the company. One account per company; depending on the plan, up to 3 (Basic) or 10 (Professional) users can be managed within the company account. All users access the same features, tokens, and data.
Can I cancel at any time?
On monthly billing, yes — any time, effective end of month. On annual billing (with the 2 free months), the contract runs for twelve months; cancellation then takes effect at the end of that term. After the contract ends, you keep read-only access to your data for 90 days.
