These terms of use apply to the use of the website www.vulcaramix.com (the "Website"), operated by Gerlach Maschinenbau GmbH, Berger Feld 3–5, 41334 Nettetal, Germany ("we"). They apply regardless of whether you hold a VulcaRAMix user account or are simply browsing the Website for information.

Registration and use of the VulcaRAMix software itself — including the Basic, Professional and Enterprise plans — is additionally and primarily governed by our Software Usage Agreement (see /rechtliches/nutzungsvertrag).

This Website provides information about Gerlach Maschinenbau, the Rameckers Group, and the VulcaRAMix simulation software. Product descriptions, technical explanations and pricing information are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer unless expressly marked as such. Binding offers and contract conclusions are made exclusively through the channels provided for that purpose (e.g. registration at app.vulcaramix.com or individual agreement).
