Machine designer
Every vulcanization line is modeled as a chain of freely combinable modules – exactly as it's actually built. That makes it possible to model existing equipment realistically and to try out new configurations before committing to them.
Any number of modules
Each with its own length, position, and technology.
Six heating and cooling technologies
Hot air, salt bath, infrared, microwave, cooling, and blow-off – combinable per module, optionally with no active technology at all.
Air linkage between modules
Pre-heated or pre-cooled air can be passed on to downstream modules on purpose, just as it is on a real line.
Standard cavity and fan values
Per machine, individually overridable per module where needed.
Complete master-data upkeep
Speed range, manufacturer, machine number, and a cover image.
